Maximilien Rappaport, DO, is a graduate of the University of Florida who obtained his osteopathic medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine Florida Campus. He is a clinical endocrinologist at the Endocrinology Specialists and Thyroid Center at Prisma Health in the Upstate. He completed his endocrine fellowship at the Indiana University School of Medicine and his internal medicine residency at Greenville Health System. He is an active educator at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville working with both medical students & residents while providing lecture series & rotations to educate on hormone therapy as part of holistic transgender care.

Dr. Rappaport has expertise and a special interest in caring for the LGBTQIA+ population.
