I’m a queer, trans, neurodivergent therapist committed to creating a space that honors your self-determination and holds all of the parts of who you are with care. I can support you in feeling a deeper sense of ease and stronger connection to self and others. I am collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. I’m passionate about working with queer, trans, and neurodivergent clients! I also work with chronic illness and disability from a healing justice framework.
As a therapist, I aim to create a warm, attuned space where you can bring your full self, and get a better understanding of the struggles you’re experiencing and patterns that are showing up in your life. Maybe there are ways you’ve been surviving for a long time that you want to let go of, while honoring how far they got you. Maybe there are dynamics in your relationships that you’re hoping to get help making sense of, or shifting.
I come to this work from organizing to end all forms of policing and incarceration and I know that racial capitalism is inherently traumatizing. If that’s part of what you want to hold or unpack in this space, I’m here for it.
I have experience supporting people in exploring their relationships with themselves and others and making sense of past trauma.
I’m committed to ongoing work to uproot the ways that white supremacy and settler capitalism show up in my own life and therapeutic practice, and to practicing in alignment with anti-racist, feminist, and trauma-informed values. Outside of my therapeutic work, I’m an organizer, I’m fascinated by plants and excited to learn about them, and I love ritual.
