Hello! I am Monika Reynolds, ARNP, FNP-C, and I provide compassionate, trauma-informed mental health diagnostics and treatment for teens and adults in Washington state. As an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with experience in family medicine and special interest in mental health, I take an integrative approach to care that recognizes the close connection between mind, body, relationships, and lifestyle. I desire to work collaboratively you to develop a treatment plan that feels effective and sustainable.
I have a decade of experience working closely with neurodivergent humans, as well as providing gender affirming hormone therapy to people of all genders and experiences. I provide welcoming, inclusive, and affirming care for all people. Additionally, my care comes from a sex-positive, weight-neutral lens, in which trauma-awareness is the key focus. This means that you will not experience judgmental statements or patriarchal medical advice from me, as these statements can cause harm. I am intuitive in working and communicating with clients and strive first to be a good listener. This is the most helpful in being a thorough diagnostician and finding ourselves at the true story.
It is my mission for you to feel seen, listen, and cared for as a whole person, and for our time together to be a safe place for you.
I see clients in person in Bellingham, WA, or via telehealth from the comfort of your own home anywhere in the state of Washington. I am not contracted with insurance at this time, but I do provider superbills so that you can be reimbursed by your insurance for services provided, and I can help with this process as well. If you are interested in working together, please call or email, and we can set up a 15 min consult phone call if you desire or schedule an intake visit together. I would welcome the opportunity to be a part of your story.
