embracing the full spectrum of my expression, I have explored the wilderness of honesty and courage in varied relationships.
As a deeply empathic and intuitive person and as a Massage Therapist, I have honed my skills and talents for bringing people into their bodies for deep connection and healing. I am a level 1 reiki practitioner, trained in Shiatsu, myofacial release, Swedish, and neuromuscular techniques of massage. As a practitioner of non-violent communication and a student of empathic listening skills, I have developed my talent for communication, mediation, and careful relationship building and healing.
I bring all of these talents and skills together as a Coach to help people find security and joy in their lives, purpose and meaning in their work, and deep intimacy in their relationships.
