I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is deeply committed to providing affirming, respectful, and attuned care for LGBTQ+ clients. In my practice, I work with individuals navigating identity, relationships, anxiety, life transitions, and the emotional shifts that come with becoming a parent or building a life that feels aligned with who you are.
Many of my clients identify as LGBTQ+ and come to therapy to explore parts of themselves that haven’t always had space to be seen, understood, or honored—whether that’s in family, partnerships, parenting, religion, or community. I approach this work with humility, care, and deep respect for the diversity and complexity of each person’s experience.
I have pursued continuing education in LGBTQ+ mental health, trauma-informed care, and relational dynamics, and I actively seek consultation and dialogue that supports ongoing learning. I am licensed in California and Oregon, and offer virtual therapy throughout those states.
I strive to meet each client with genuine presence and a commitment to affirming your full self—without assumption, and with curiosity and care. My hope is that therapy feels like a space where you don’t have to explain or shrink, and where all parts of you are welcome.
