Hello everyone,
My name is Jemm, and I am a Peer Support Specialist, clinical staff member, and licensed Allied Health Instructor. I provide peer support to individuals who may benefit from additional guidance and care, including those navigating challenges such as substance use dependency. While I am not a licensed counselor, I offer compassionate, informed support to help you develop healthy coping strategies and improve your overall well-being.
I am certified in HIV Prevention and committed to offering trauma-informed, status-neutral care that prioritizes both safety and dignity. As a queer, non-binary individual, I am deeply dedicated to advocating for the LGBTQ+ community. I work closely with community members to foster inclusive, affirming spaces and reduce barriers to care.
To ensure that my approach remains current and community-responsive, I continuously engage in professional development through seminars, courses, and continuing education opportunities.
I look forward to walking alongside you in your journey toward wellness.
