Dr. Saam Miller, MD
Dr. Saam Miller, MD, is an experienced obstetrician and gynecologist and part of the team at Professional Gynecological Services.
Dr. Miller obtained her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in May 1999 and completed her residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY, from July 1999 to October 2003. She has been a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics & Gynecology since 2008 and holds ABOG certification since January 2007. She is also licensed to practice medicine in the state of New York since 2003.
With a comprehensive skillset, Dr. Miller specializes in general obstetrics and gynecology, including pelvic surgery and advanced laparoscopic techniques. She has completed the SILS (Single-Incision Laparoscopic Surgery) course and possesses expertise in urogynecology, performing procedures such as cystoscopy and reconstructive pelvic surgeries.
Dr. Miller worked as a general obstetrician and gynecologist at David M. Herzog & Associates in Staten Island, NY, from June 2004 to July 2007 and at All Women’s Care with Dr. Bruce Shulman in Manhasset, NY, during the same period. She is currently a faculty member in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, where she has been practicing since July 2007.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Miller has actively participated in various medical missions and humanitarian activities. She has been involved in surgical missions organized by organizations like Healing the Children and Medical Mission Group, providing medical care to underserved communities in Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Sierra Leone, and Guatemala.
