I am a licensed therapist in private practice providing affirming, trauma-informed care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples. My work is grounded in the understanding that LGBTQIA+ people often experience minority stress, identity invalidation, and systemic barriers to care, and that therapy must actively affirm identity rather than remain neutral.
I work from a neurodiversity-affirming and attachment-focused lens, with particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ adults, autistic and ADHD clients, and LGBTQ+ couples, including relationships where one or both partners are neurodivergent. I welcome clients across all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures, including trans and nonbinary clients, those exploring identity, and consensually non-monogamous relationships.
My clinical approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to support clients in healing from shame, trauma, and complex attachment wounds. I help clients build emotional safety, self-trust, and values-aligned relationships.
My commitment to LGBTQ+ care is supported by ongoing continuing education in trauma, attachment, and identity-affirming practice, as well as a professional commitment to cultural humility, inclusive language, and accountability. My goal is to provide a therapeutic space where LGBTQIA+ clients feel seen, respected, and affirmed-without having to educate or defend their identity.
