I have been trained on transgender health including gender affirming care and PrEP and have focused my company’s model around being inclusive of all gender identities and lifestyles (including addiction, sexual orientation, and justice background). Care on Location has made it their mission to focus on marginalized and underserved health populations that often traditional healthcare is not inclusive in experience for. We work in partnership with community based organizations including harm reduction. Our pelvic floor physical therapist is the only PT that works directly with patients after gender affirming surgery at Denver Health and is available for virtual PT to all colorado Medicaid patients. We are trained on a trauma informed and inclusive care model and make sure there are as minimal barriers to accessing care and registering for an appointment as possible including partnering with pharmacies that will deliver to you (Denver area only currently) and always are looking for better ways to make the patient experience as easy as possible to access and receive care. We are supportive of ALL lifestyles and want to empower all patients with the navigation skills and support they need on their health journey.
