I firmly believe that everyone deserves the right to live authentically, free from judgment, oppression, or fear. As an active member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand firsthand the importance of creating a space where you can explore and embrace your unique identity with confidence and pride. My practice is built on the values of inclusivity, respect, and empowerment, and I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while honoring their true selves. Whether you’re exploring your identity, healing from past experiences, or seeking support in living your most authentic life, I am here to walk with you every step of the way. You deserve a therapist who not only celebrates who you are but actively advocates for your right to thrive.
Over the course of my 8 year career as a Psychologist, I have advocated for equity, safety, and inclusion for LGBTQ+ folks at every juncture. I am the author of Recover and Rebuild: Moving on from Partner Abuse, which is the only gender-neutral, LGBTQ+ inclusive relationship abuse book on the market today. Additionally, I am the former Clinical Director for the Trevor Project, a national LGBTQ+ youth crisis line. I have trained dozens of student clinicians on affirmative LGBTQ+ mental health care during my time as the Training Director for state-wide doctoral internship consortium.
