I care about making all of my prospective and current patients feel welcome. I don’t pretend to always know the best thing to say, but I commit to inviting disclosure, affirming identity, and working with my patients and team members to foster an environment that feels safe, supportive, educational, and affirming for all involved. I trained at both New York University and Stanford University where efforts were made to teach us about LGBTQ+ Care, especially within the dermatology departments. While I don’t currently have specific certifications or memberships, I’m open to these opportunities and learn all I can about these topics at CME meetings I attend.
