I am relational, strengths-based, queer identified therapist with years of experience working with anxiety, interpersonal issues, and queer/trans/GNC/NB folks. Many of the people I work with are highly capable, thoughtful adults who look “fine” on the outside but feel stressed, disconnected, or weighed down on the inside. I work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and identity-related stress. I have particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, as well as parents and partners who want to better understand and support their loved ones. This is a space for you to breathe and feel supported.
I offer a warm, collaborative therapy space where we slow down and make sense of what’s coming up for you. You’re the expert on your life; I provide support, insight, and practical tools to help you feel more regulated, confident, and aligned with your values. My approach is relational, mindful, and affirming of all identities.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you haven’t felt fully understood before, but you deserve support. We’ll move at a pace that feels respectful and attuned to you. I offer a free initial consultation so you can ask questions and see if we’re a good fit.
