Life can often feel hard and chaotic, and even knowing when to ask for help can be overwhelming, especially if you don’t know if you’ll be safe and understood. Together we can collaborate in a safe space for you to process and heal from the stress, anxiety, depression, fears, trauma, existential questions, and life transitions that add difficulty to your life. LGBTQ+ folks often face additional mental health challenges related to their identity, discrimination, trauma, neurodiversity, sex, kink, and relationship styles (such as polyamory and nonmonogamy) and deserve a place to process without having to explain or fear judgement.
I am a queer woman that has provided mental health support to other queer and gender expansive folks for the last 2 years. I relocated from Texas to Washington at the beginning 2026, in part for the safety of my trans partner. While in Texas I worked with queers and trans youth & young adults dealing with state discrimination on top of everyday difficulties. My therapeutic approach is humanistic, psychodynamic, and client centered, shaped by each client’s intersectional identities, social contexts, and lived experience.
I utilize talk, art, and somatic therapy tools to foster a space where we can work together to creatively identify patterns, build insight, and develop coping strategies so you can work through life’s challenges with support to reach your goals while feeling safe and respected on your healing journey.
I welcome clients of all backgrounds, specializing in working with teens, young-adults, & adult queer folks. I have a natural ability to connect with authenticity and frequently support clients in managing anxiety & depression, identity exploration and development, building self-esteem, regulating emotions, processing trauma, navigating relationships, existing in oppressive systems, and adjusting to life transitions.
