My practice offers inclusive individual therapy to adults and teens 16+. I specialize in working with young adults, other therapists, LGBTQIA+ folks, perfectionists, and high-achievers. I have supported many clients over the years with exploring their sexual/gender identity, coming out, transitioning, and navigating the world as an LGBTQIA+ person. I have experience working with LBGTQIA+ clients from age 13 to 65. My style is authentic, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I take an eclectic, customized approach to create a style of therapy that best suits your goals. No two people are alike, and my approach to each client is just as unique. I’m pretty direct (while still being empathetic), and I encourage my clients to be direct with me too.
