Hi! I am Caroline and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Indiana. Most of my experience is working with young adults, but I have worked with children, teens, families, and older adults. I enjoy building a trusting relationship with my clients so they can feel safe to be their full, authentic self. Who I am in the therapy session is quite similar to who I am in other areas of my life. I have seen tremendous growth and progress in the clients I have worked with. Most often they just needed someone to be consistent, supportive, and direct. I focus on building a client’s self-compassion and readiness for incremental, but meaningful change. On a personal note I am a devoted cat mom and I watch a lot of anime.
I am best positioned to help clients who are ready to examine themselves and work towards meaningful change. Most of my clients report liking my humor and “real person” feel. I especially enjoy addressing the unique needs of LGBTQIA+ and Autistic/ADHD clients. I have a special interest in working with clients with OCD. I currently only do telehealth in the state of Indiana.
