If your emotions feel heavy or you keep finding yourself stuck in the same patterns, you don’t have to navigate that alone. You might notice yourself overthinking, shutting down, or reacting in ways that don’t align with who you are or how you want to show up. I work collaboratively with clients to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and why certain patterns keep repeating, with the goal of supporting meaningful, lasting change.
I provide telehealth therapy to teens and adults in New Jersey, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and relationship stress. I offer LGBTQIA+ affirming, inclusive care and understand how meaningful it can be to work with a therapist who is a part of this community. I recognize how important affirming support can be, especially for clients who have felt misunderstood, marginalized, or unsafe in other spaces.
In therapy, we explore how past experiences, relationships, and social contexts shape how you cope, relate to others, and understand yourself today. This may include building tools to manage emotions, changing how you respond to thoughts, and identifying relational patterns, all at a pace that feels supportive, collaborative, and non-pathologizing. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe being fully themselves, without needing to educate their therapist or explain their identity.
Clients often describe me as nonjudgmental, empathetic, and easy to talk to. I show up as a real person who listens closely, helps things feel less confusing, and supports growth that feels honest and sustainable. I am committed to ongoing learning related to LGBTQIA+ mental health, gender-affirming care, and trauma-informed practice. Free consultations are available to help determine if we’re a good fit.
