Elisha Kronheim is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with 15 years of experience providing compassionate care to individuals and families across the lifespan. She holds a B.A. in Social Work from Cedar Crest College and her Master of Social Work from Temple University. Her competence spans outpatient, home, school, community mental health, and crisis support. Elisha empowers individuals aged 14-55 navigating mental health diagnoses, substance use, neurodivergence, and marginalized groups, including the LGBTQIA+ community.
Elisha is extensively trained in DBT, Polyvagal Theory, IFS, and Brainspotting. Elisha’s integrative approach harnesses CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing as a foundation to help clients understand thoughts, behaviors, and emotions, blending somatic approaches, mindfulness and other therapeutic techniques to repair the body-mind connection and facilitate healing. Elisha views therapy as a collaborative, active process and partners with motivated clients who are willing to engage in growth beyond the therapy hour. Elisha is dedicated to helping clients build fulfilling lives and confidently “graduate” from therapy.
Known for her calm, grounding presence, Elisha brings authenticity, humor, and intuition into her work. Drawing on her knowledge as a Reiki Master and yoga teacher, she incorporates holistic practices such as relaxation, breathwork, and embodiment. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community with lived experience managing the chronic pain of endometriosis, she brings both clinical expertise and personal understanding to her work. She enjoys time with her husband, daughter, and tuxedo cat, hiking, and walking local labyrinths.
