I’m Hayden (they/them) and I am a white, trans nonbinary, queer, neurodivergent (AuDHD), disabled/chronically ill clinician. I am especially passionate about working with my community. I provide trans, queer, sex positive, disability/chronic illness, and neurodivergent affirming care to teens (14+) and adults. I aim to center anti-carceral and liberatory practices, approaching therapy with a systems-level, relational, disability and trans justice lens. I enjoy incorporating parts work, narrative therapy, adapted DBT/ACT skills, and resource sharing into my practice.

I have over nine years of experience in LGBTQ+ sexual, mental, and physical health via clinical work, advocacy, research, training, and programming. I have worked as a sexual health educator and LGBTQ+ peer educator in college settings, an LGBTQ+ researcher, a trainer of both physical and mental health care providers in LGBTQ+ affirming care, an LGBTQ+ programs coordinator for older adults aging in place, an advocate in local and state-level settings for queer and trans rights, a mentor for LGBTQ+ students, and a gender health therapist connecting trans folks to gender-affirming care.

I now am taking my lived and professional experience into my work as a therapist.
