Hi! I’m Heather, a psychiatric physician associate with over 13 years of clinical experience. I provide outpatient psychiatric medication management through my practice, Fireside Mental Health PLLC. My approach is LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in respect for each person’s lived experience.
I strive to create a care environment where LGBTQ+ patients, including trans, nonbinary, queer, and gender-expansive individuals, feel welcomed, respected, and supported as their full selves. I provide medication management for concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, OCD, and sleep difficulties, using a warm, whole-person approach that supports patient autonomy, safety, and trust.
