I’m Jackie, (She/Her) am a Polish-American, Cisgender Heterosexual Woman who uses she/her pronouns, BDSM/Kinky, HAES, practitioner, Former Catholic who grew up in purity culture to Spiritual Cancer Zodiac who’s Enthusiastic about Oracle Cards and other spiritual practices, here to help you, do you! I am a therapist, coach, consultant, and holistic healer in Minneapolis, MN. I specialize in Sex Therapy in Minneapolis, Anxiety Counseling, Couples Counseling in Minnesota, and Self-Care Counseling. I work with folks in/outside of Minnesota in Coaching Services for Sexual Wellness and Self-Care Coaching. As a therapist in private practice, I do business consultations for therapists wanting to start their own businesses. I use a gentle approach to my services, cuss, admire honesty, love to laugh it up and make therapy a place where you can come and talk about anything you please. I work with people who are curious about their sexuality and wonder if they may be kinkier than vanilla. I do lots of gender-affirming care, I provide letters for hormone replacement therapies as well as surgeries. I also work with desire discrepancies in couples’ sex therapy, sexual functioning symptoms, and struggles such as orgasm, premature ejaculation, Genito pelvic pain, and more! Many people come to see me for anxiety, sexual self-care, pleasure, learning about sex, sex education, intimacy, performance anxiety, and self-love. I work with couples who may be struggling with sex after 50, premarital counseling, communication skills, conflict management, couples that are wanting to focus on ethical nonmonogamy or polyamory, healing after infidelity, and couples therapy.

I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota, and my Certificate in Sex Therapy Coursework completed. My specialties are Sex Therapy in Minnesota, Couples Counseling in Minnesota, and Self-Care Counseling. I work with folks in Sexual Wellness Coaching who are looking ahead to future goals and motivated to take the steps to get there. Holistic Healing Coaching is a specialty of mine that I use in coaching services for those who want to put them on their to-do list and not be judged by the “woo woo,” type of healer.
