Jay Ober, PhD, APRN, ACNP/ANP-BC, CCRN, CEN, CFRN (ret) has over 30 years experience in healthcare including emergency, critical care, aerospace, internal medicine, primary care, and LGBTQ+ care. He is known for his compassionate and dedicated care treating each person with respect and dignity while providing high quality evidence based care. Jay started his practice as a nurse practitioner within the LGBTQ+ community over 30 years focusing on prevention and care of HIV and sexually transmitted infections. He developed an outreach program bringing care to the community outside of a traditional office.

Now a resident of Palm Beach County, Jay has opened a new innovative primary care practice that provides concierge level healthcare with a cost effective and affordable price model. An onsite laboratory allows for immediate results of most tests needed to treat illness and promote wellness. Same day sick care and Telehealth are available. In office treatment such as sexually transmitted infection screening and treatment, weight loss, intravenous fluids therapy, and other in-house diagnostic tests.

Flexible appointment hours are available to include evenings and weekends. Members of the practice have access to Jay and the VitalBridge Health team when they need them the most.

Roberto Roman Laporte, PhD, DNP, RN, CMSRN, EBP-C, is a co-founding member of VitalBridge Health. Roberto is recognized for his research and contributions to LGBTQ+ Inclusive Healthcare. As part of the VitalBridge Health care team, he leads our evidence based practice model while improving access and care for our community.
