Hello, I am an AFAB, genderqueer, queer, Jewish (by birth) person (she/they pronouns) Gender and Transgender Voice and Life Coach (23 years), energy healer, intuitive HSP, certified Peer Support Specialist, and certified music educator of 31 years.

Here are some of the things we can work on in your sessions:
Changing your speaking pitch voice optimal for your personality and self-expression
Increase your vocal range; speaking and/or singing
Develop more confidence and self-esteem while you find your unique “voice”
Let me assist and guide you, facilitating the process of finding the voice you want to SPEAK OUT, in the VOICE you want to use 100% of the time and integrated fully into your life
I am also a Reiki Level III Practioner and intuitive energy worker

Life coaching is also provided as desired
Examples can include:
Make-up and hairstyle lessons
Personalized wardrobe consultations
Nutritional and Supplement counseling
Local resources and information

Release any unwanted emotions along the way. Work through gender dysphoria and other body issues

Sessions are provided in a safe environment in person and/or online and in a relaxed setting in East Asheville or virtually
