I am a licensed psychologist specializing in OCD, PTSD, and reproductive stressors, events, and transitions. I provide virtual psychotherapy to adults that live in NC, CA and or 40+ PSYPACT states.
I completed my PhD at Duke University and my residency in the Reproductive Psychology track at UNC. I provide evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapies with flexibility for a personalized approach to care. The principles that guide my care are: culturally conscious care, trauma-informed processes, and celebrating diversity and resisting oppression.
