I provide affirming and inclusive therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples navigating identity, relationships, trauma, and anxiety. My practice supports patients in exploring who they are and how they want to show up in the world, whether they are questioning their gender or sexual identity, working through others acceptance or rejection of their identity, or navigating broader self discovery and life transitions. I frequently work with queer couples and individuals who are seeking stronger communication, emotional connection, and healthier relationship dynamics. Therapy can also support patients through the steps of their gender transition, including emotional readiness, family conversations, and navigating the social and medical aspects of that journey. Many of my patients are coping with anxiety, past trauma, or the impact of invalidating environments. My approach is thoughtful, respectful, and trauma informed. I strive to offer a space where patients feel safe, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
I am licensed in Rhode Island and Connecticut and offer both in person sessions in East Greenwich, RI and telehealth across both states.
