I provide affirming and inclusive therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples navigating identity, relationships, trauma, and anxiety. I support patients in exploring who they are and how they want to show up in the world, whether they are questioning their sexual or gender identity, managing others’ acceptance or rejection, or navigating broader self-discovery and life transitions. I frequently work with queer couples and individuals seeking stronger communication, emotional connection, and healthier relationship dynamics.
My practice also supports patients through aspects of gender transition, including emotional readiness, family acceptance, and navigating social and medical steps. Many patients come with anxiety, past trauma, or the effects of invalidating environments, and I focus on creating a space that is trauma-informed, respectful, and empowering.
I have completed training and continuing education in LGBTQ+ affirmative practices, trauma-informed care, and relational dynamics. My approach emphasizes understanding patterns in relationships and personal reactions, fostering insight, and supporting patients in taking intentional steps toward change.
I am licensed in Rhode Island and Connecticut and offer in-person sessions in East Greenwich, RI, as well as telehealth across both states.
