I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who provides therapy and supervision via telehealth in RI and CT or in person in East Greenwich, RI. I have over 10 years of experience supporting motivated individuals, couples, and families as they grow their mental health and well-being. I have worked in various clinical settings providing care to those with mental health stressors, unemployment, individuals and couples with different gender identities and sexual orientations, and for woman’s centers and adoption agencies coaching and educating parents with different family dynamics.

I help people who have experienced trauma or are struggling with anxiety to gain control of their symptoms and improve their quality of life by reflecting on how past events are effecting them and how to work through that. I am an LGBTQ+ ally who enjoys helping those who experience challenges with this part of their lives. I provide support to parents and couples at all parts of their journeys such as during or after pregnancy, blended families, adopting/fostering children, relationship conflicts, communication challenges, and setting boundaries with others. I value collaborating with individuals who would benefit from career counseling to find their purpose in a career they are passionate about, finding employment, or managing the stressors of college. I use an eclectic approach that stems from a strengths-based perspective to show that everyone is unique and resilient.
