Hi there, I’m Kelsey Piller! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC). I’m currently seeing clients via telehealth (virtual visit) only, which means I’m available to clients across the state of Colorado. I’m a cisgender woman (she/her), and I identify as pan.
Most often, I work with clients dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and those who are working through adverse religious experiences/religious trauma. I’ve worked with clients who identify on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum my entire career, both individually and in group format. The services I provide are secular, racial justice allied, gender-affirming, poly-friendly, sex-positive, and body-positive. Having a provider who is knowledgeable in these areas, and who can understand how identity impacts so many other areas of your life means you’re spending less time explaining and more time working together. I also have experience working with clients to assist them in/advocating for them to obtain gender-affirming care from other providers (including writing WPATH letters for clients seeking gender-affirming surgeries).
Please feel free to check out my site for more information about me, my therapeutic approach, and insurance/rates: www.optimalmhealth.com . I currently am in-network with Tricare West, Aetna, and United.
