Hello! I’m Krystal, and I’m excited to support you on your mental health journey. I have a Bachelor’s in Psychological Science (2013) and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (2015) from Ball State University. With nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field, I am well-equipped to address a wide range of challenges.
I have worked with individuals, groups, and families from diverse backgrounds, guiding clients through issues such as eating disorders, body image concerns, relationship dynamics, trauma, anxiety, and depression. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I am committed to providing an inclusive and affirming space for all clients. I have recently completed parts I and II of The National LGBTQ+ Curriculum through OutCare so that I may continue to competently provide services that meet the needs of the LGBTQ+ community in a way that is informed, compassionate, and affirming.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from various evidence-based practices to tailor the experience to your unique needs. My mission is to create a relaxed and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable and empowered to pursue positive change.
Outside of my professional life, I cherish time spent with family, friends, and my beloved dog. I have a passion for music—especially live concerts—as well as gardening, animals, and all things Disney. I believe in making the most of every moment while keeping a light-hearted perspective on life.
I look forward to meeting you and exploring how we can work together toward your goals!
