I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a queer Christian woman providing affirming, trauma-informed psychotherapy to adults and a limited number of adolescents in Tennessee through telehealth. I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ clients navigating identity exploration, trauma, anxiety, relationships, family dynamics, and life transitions. I also have experience working with clients healing from religious trauma and those exploring how to reconcile their Christian faith with their LGBTQ+ identity in ways that feel authentic, safe, and meaningful to them.
I strive to create a therapy space where clients feel safe showing up fully as themselves without needing to mask, explain, or minimize their experiences. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and individualized, recognizing that healing looks different for every person. For clients who desire it, I welcome conversations about spirituality, faith, and the impact religion has had on their lives, whether as a source of comfort, pain, conflict, or growth.
My clinical work integrates Brainspotting, EMDR, CBT and DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and client-centered therapy. I work from a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming perspective and value authenticity, curiosity, and respect in the therapeutic relationship.
Whether you’re processing past experiences, exploring your identity, navigating questions around faith and belonging, or simply looking for a space where you can feel understood, I aim to support you in building a life that feels more connected, sustainable, and true to yourself.
