I know that life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or difficult transitions. My goal is to walk alongside you or your loved one as we work together toward healing, self-discovery, and growth.
Together we will establish goals and work to achieve them. My approach is individually centered, meeting personal needs with honest communication, humor, warmth, compassion & empathy. I utilize different therapeutic styles, such as art and play therapy, that meet the goals we set together. My commitment is to be there every step of the way, creating a space where you or your child can feel understood and supported.
I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults to navigate depression, anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral problems, self-esteem, trauma, and other life challenges. I am proud to support and affirm all identities and experiences, including those from LGBTQIA+ communities, neurodivergent individuals, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds. I believe that embracing who you truly are is an essential part of healing, and I am here to help every child, teen, or young adult feel confident and empowered in their journey.
