I provide an affirming, anti-oppressive setting where you can be heard, gain insight, and work toward meaningful, lasting change on your own terms. As a queer woman committed to liberatory healing, my work is informed by over two decades of experience in community-based mental health, harm reduction, and LGBTQ+ advocacy.

With a personal connection and commitment to the trans community, a primary focus of my practice is providing gender affirming support to partners, family members, and gender diverse individuals across the lifespan. I provide gender affirming letters on a sliding scale.
As a trauma-informed practitioner, I have additional training in techniques proven to assist with mental health recovery including: AF-EMDR, IFS, CBT, Tapping, and Havening.
