My clients are individuals seeking a path forward amidst struggles with mental health concerns, life transitions, trauma, and the complexities of everyday life. They are motivated to enact positive change and are searching for a supportive companion to navigate their journey towards growth and healing.

Through a blend of personal experience and evidence-based interventions, I address the physical, mental, emotional, and environmental aspects of well-being to ensure that my clients feel supported in entirety.
