I believe who you are matters. You’ve lived through deep trauma, systemic injustice, and chronic validation. You’re a deep feeler, a critical thinker, & someone who’s carried a lot for a long time. Perhaps you are the “black sheep”, someone who has felt unseen, unheard, or unworthy for most of your life. You’ve learned how to keep going, but lately, you’re exhausted. You’re realizing that surviving isn’t enough anymore. You might be navigating anxiety, burnout, dissociation, grief, identity transitions, or complex trauma. You may feel stuck in cycles of self-abandonment, masking, or perfectionism. You want to feel safe in your body, connected to your truth, & be free to live more fully – not just function.
You’re looking for a therapist who is trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and deeply attuned to the realities of navigating systems that weren’t built for you. You want support that’s holistic, anti-oppressive, and rooted in nervous system regulation, attachment work, and deep respect for your autonomy.
I work from a trauma-informed, shame-sensitive, and strengths-based lens. I draw on your values, your lived experiences, and your inner resilience to co-create a path toward healing. I help clients break out of survival mode, heal from internalized shame and systemic harm, and reconnect with a sense of safety, authenticity, and agency.
I bring both lived experience and clinical training to the work. I live with chronic illness, PTSD, and OCD, and I understand first-hand the complexities of balancing physical and mental health. As a queer person, I also know what it means to move through a world that doesn’t always see or support people like us.
To become a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I’ve been trained to meet people exactly where they are—without judgment or pressure. As an internationally certified end-of-life doula, I hold space for what many fear: the reality that all lives must eventually come to an end. I don’t see that as inherently tragic. I believe that meaning, tenderness, and even joy can exist alongside pain.
Alongside my past work as a state-certified rape crisis counselor, supporting survivors of child sexual abuse, domestic violence, and human trafficking. I know that harm and healing are often layered—and that being worthy of care doesn’t require explanation. Two of the most important types of experiences human beings can have in their lives are sex and death but they are often the most taboo to discuss. I am unafraid to talk about these things and I am willing to listen.
Currently, I’m a master’s student in positive psychology, drawn to the idea that healing shouldn’t stop at the absence of suffering—we all deserve to flourish.
Each of these roles has taught me something different about what it means to be human—and how vital it is to be truly seen.
People of all ages, genders, sexualities, body sizes, races, religions, and ethnicities are welcome here.
If you’re ready to stop shrinking yourself and start building a life that feels like yours, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
