Hi! My name is Seena and I’m a certified Spinal Energetics practitioner based in New York City. I offer Spinal Energetics, Somatic Energy Healing & Sound Healing in a LGBTQ+ safe and welcoming environment. The most important thing for me is to be present with you, and to really see you. I help people unwind tension, chronic pain, anxiety, trauma and stress via my healing methods, which are based on gentle touch connective tissue work along the spine. Said another way; I help the nervous system let go of tension, and redirect that energy to life affirming things for you, so that you can flourish into everything you were meant to be.
