ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Steph (she/her), a queer therapist providing online psychotherapy for LGBTQ+ adults across Ohio who want to ease anxiety, explore their gender or sexual identity, and navigate relationship challenges with more clarity and self-trust.

And in the background, anti-LGBTQ+ laws and rhetoric only deepen the pressure—amplifying fear, emotional exhaustion, or the feeling that you’re alone in navigating it all.

I offer a compassionate, LGBTQ+ affirming space where you can explore your authentic self without fear or shame. My practice welcomes people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures, and is sex-positive and ENM-friendly. Whether you’re exploring your identity, considering transitioning, working through anxiety, navigating family or relationship dynamics, or simply seeking a therapist who truly understands—I’m here to support you every step of the way.
MY APPROACH
I take a holistic and integrative approach to help you build awareness, process emotions, and create meaningful change. The specific methods I draw from include Gestalt Therapy, Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we’ll tailor our work to your unique needs, pace, and goals.
EXPERIENCE
I bring over a decade of dedication to supporting LGBTQ+ communities into my work. I began my career in a nonprofit healthcare system focused on LGBTQ+ care and individuals impacted by HIV and AIDS, and have continued prioritizing affirming care in my practice.
