I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in North Carolina, providing affirming, trauma-informed therapy to adolescents and adults through both in-person sessions and telehealth across NC. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and am committed to creating a space that is inclusive, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each client’s unique identity, lived experience, and personal goals.

My clinical work is deeply informed by ongoing experience supporting queer and transgender clients navigating identity exploration, gender dysphoria, coming out, family dynamics, minority stress, and relationship concerns. I provide comprehensive evaluations and letters of support for gender-affirming medical care, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and gender-affirming surgeries, in alignment with current standards of care. I have received training from WPATH to support therapeutically as well as provide comprehensive evaluations for gender dysphoria.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) alongside integrative, person-centered, and strengths-based approaches. My work is trauma-informed and acknowledges the impact of systemic oppression, stigma, and lived experiences on mental health. I focus on helping clients build insight, emotional regulation skills, and practical tools to improve daily functioning, relationships, and overall well-being.

I have experience working with both teens and adults across a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, identity development, and interpersonal challenges. Whether meeting in person in North Carolina or via secure telehealth, I strive to create a validating and empowering environment where clients feel seen, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways.
