Although there are many forms of therapy you can pursue, my expertise is in time-limited, evidence-based therapies, including:
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for adults experiencing difficulty to manage anxiety: CBT is designed to help individuals notice and shift their thoughts, physical feelings, and behaviors in order to get relief from painful emotions such as anxiety and sadness. In addition, I have expertise in multiple forms of CBT to restart recovery following trauma exposure, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Prolonged Exposure (PE). These time-limited, evidence-based therapies often allow individuals to meet their goals within 12-16 sessions.
