As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and active ally, I bring a deep commitment to providing affirming, inclusive, and trauma-informed care for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. I have several years of experience supporting clients of diverse sexualities, gender identities, and lived experiences, including those navigating coming out, gender transitions, internalized shame, relationships, identity exploration, and the intersections of queerness with trauma, culture, and family systems.
My practice is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect. I have completed the Positive Space Initiative: 2SLGBTQIA+ Awareness (INC111) and the Gender-Based Analysis Plus (GBA+) courses offered by the Government of Canada, and I continuously engage in ongoing learning and unlearning to deepen my allyship. I work from a lens that is anti-oppressive, intersectional, and culturally responsive, ensuring that all clients feel safe to show up fully and authentically.
At Liminal Mind Therapy, I welcome adults, adolescents, couples, and families into a space where queerness is not just accepted, but celebrated. Whether you’re seeking support for mental health, identity exploration, or healing from trauma, I am here to walk with you in your process of self-discovery and regeneration.
