I am a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts and a licensed professional counselor in Connecticut. I have my Ed.D. in Professional Counseling and my MA in Counseling Psychology. I am a member of the LGBTQ* communities and primarily see LGBTQ* clients in my practice. I frequently complete continuing education on topics related to the queer and trans communities, as well as, other areas of psychology and counseling. I am familiar with the latest editions of the Standards of Care, the DSM 5-TR, and Massachusetts insurance guidelines. I work with adolescents and adults and offer telehealth video sessions in MA and CT. I also assist with letters of recommendation for gender affirming care as necessary.

I believe recovery and healing are possible. As humans, we search for meaning and belonging. Through connection with ourselves and others, we can heal and grow in ways we never imagined. Behaviors can be understood and modified, thoughts can become less scary, and we can make choices that fit within our values. Humans are imperfect and make mistakes. As long as we keep growing and learning, we continue to improve ourselves and the world around us.
