Hello! My name is Onyx (they/she) and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who specializes in trauma, emotional regulation, anxiety, and depression. As someone within the LGBTQ+ community I strive to create a safe space for my clients to process any hardships they wish to overcome.
My approach is often person-centered, as this allows me to help empower my clients and help them provide self-awareness to grow and learn in a non-directive way. I am committed to helping each individual find their voice and be able to advocate for their needs, as well as work through any challenging experiences that may have arisen in the past or present.
