I’m a neurodivergent trauma therapist providing LGBTQ+ affirming care for adolescents (16+) and adults navigating complex trauma, dissociation, chronic pain, and systemic harm. I work with many LGBTQ+ clients, including those exploring identity, navigating stress, and healing from experiences of invalidation, stigma, or relational harm.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and explicitly non-pathologizing. I recognize that many LGBTQ+ individuals have had experiences in healthcare and therapy that felt minimizing, invalidating, or unsafe, particularly at the intersections of neurodivergence, chronic illness, and trauma. I aim to create a space where your experiences are taken seriously without needing to be justified, labeled, or simplified.
I incorporate EMDR and modified parts work informed by Joanne Twombly, with a strong emphasis on pacing, stabilization, and client readiness. I have experience working with dissociation, memory gaps, non-linear recall, and complex trauma presentations, including those shaped by early life experiences and systemic factors. Clients do not need a clear narrative or full memory of what they’ve been through to begin therapy.
My work is informed by ongoing education in trauma and dissociation, and I maintain an affirming stance toward LGBTQ+ identities, neurodivergence, and diverse lived experiences. I prioritize consent, autonomy, and flexibility in the therapy process, recognizing that healing does not follow a single path.
I offer telehealth services across Texas and Colorado, as well as in-person sessions in Frisco, Texas.
