Hi!
My name is Taylor Kall, and I am a queer & disabled trauma therapist. I specialize in healing from sexual abuse / assault and PTSD for women, queer & trans folks, using EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I am passionate about serving my own LGBTQIA+ community. Living loudly as ourselves can be hard- especially in Texas. With me- you won’t have to explain your identity- I welcome you to come as you are. While I identify as cis, most of my beloved people in my life are transgender, and I am an outspoken advocate for transgender-competent mental health care. I am passionate about bringing trans-competent and affirming healthcare to all.
I specialize in holistic trauma therapy both in-person and online, addressing undiagnosable physical pain and the enduring impact of our past that shows up in a wide variety of emotional symptoms. I specialize in chronic pain such as fibromyalgia, and healing sexual abuse and PTSD through EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I am committed to using trauma treatment modalities that work. We delve deep into these issues, crafting a collaborative plan for processing, feeling, and healing. Clients often find gradual relief in the first month, followed by sustained progress.
Bodies hold memories, patterns, and sensations that help us understand how trauma is still being held and impacting us. Insights from our thoughts, emotions and physical sensations- whether it’s a tingling in the feet, the impulse to clench a fist, or a release of tension in the chest- gives us new ways to shift from how you’ve been to how you want to be.
You deserve to become the most extraordinary version of you. In our work together, each step we take is one towards liberation, self-acceptance, and a life filled with joy, resilience, and authenticity. Running away from yourself is exhausting. You don’t have to try to heal alone. I’m here to help you slow down, feel, heal, and thrive- one step at a time.
