I specialize in working with those who are anxious or have symptoms of trauma. If you’re having difficulty managing worry, or struggling with memories of distressing events, I can help. While handling emotions in a new way might feel strange, I’ll be there to walk you through the process. I will help you feel a greater sense of calm and peace in life, using scientifically-supported treatments that work. I want to help you feel comfortable and make this as easy as possible. We’ll get to know each other and build trust, then I’ll lead you through new strategies to create the life you want.
Specific issues we can address are relationship concerns, hypervigilance, avoidance of trauma reminders, decreasing anxiety. Services are tailored to patients’ unique backgrounds (e.g., race, ethnicity, gender, sexual identity, religious affiliation, US native or non-native) and typically include cognitive behavioral therapies.
