I am a queer-affirming, trauma-informed mental and behavioral health counselor providing telehealth therapy to adults in Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina. My work centers on the LGBTQ+ community, with specialized experience in identity development, gender-affirming care, family-of-origin and relationship concerns, and the mental health impacts of systemic harm.
I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic insight, Internal Family Systems (IFS) principles, and an integrated behavioral health lens to address both mind and body. My approach is intersectional, culturally responsive, and guided by values-aligned care.
I am a member of the Society for Sexual, Affectional, Intersex, and Gender Expansive Identities (SAIGE) and have completed advanced continuing education in trauma-informed care, multicultural counseling, and transgender healthcare pathways. My doctoral work examined healthcare provider knowledge and attitudes toward abuse in family relationships, with a focus on marginalized and LGBTQ+ populations.
I also serve as founder of Indigo Path Collective, an inclusive counseling, coaching, and consulting practice committed to health equity, belonging, and access. My mission is to provide LGBTQ+ clients with affirming care that fosters safety, authenticity, and resilience. I welcome all identities and expressions.
