I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and couples who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, codependency, self-esteem, relational injuries, impulsivity, shame, trauma, or their identity. I specialize in working with trauma, eating disorders, and LGBTQIP2SA+ identifying individuals. I utilize a depth-oriented, trauma-informed, attachment-based, and liberatory approach to care. I approach therapy with empathy, warmth, directness, and occasional humor (because laughter and play is healing too!). My work as a therapist acknowledges how systems of oppression impact our mental health, relationships, and sense of self. I prioritize collective liberation as a focal point of the therapeutic process.
I believe healing is not always about changing who we are or striving toward a particular version of ourselves. Often, it involves slowing down and reconnecting with the many parts of ourselves that have been silenced, hidden, or forgotten along the way. Together, we can explore the many layers of your inner world with curiosity and compassion, creating space for a deeper sense of self-understanding, awareness, and familiarity with the multiplicity of the psyche.
In our work together, we will gently explore the unconscious patterns and relational dynamics that shape the way you move through the world. Rather than focusing on “fixing” or eliminating symptoms, I view them as meaningful and creative messengers that developed for a reason, even though they might not be serving you anymore.
Together, we’ll work to understand what those parts of you are needing, and how to support them in new, more sustainable ways. Accessing deeper vulnerability can feel uncertain or unsafe at times. We will move at your pace, honoring your nervous system and the protective strategies that have helped you cope and survive. You do not have to navigate this alone — I would be honored to walk alongside you in this work.
