Welcome! I am a cisgender, queer, white, fat, able-bodied therapist with a passion for working with the trans, polyamorous/ENM, and broader LGBTQ+ communities. I specialize in supporting clients aged 14-40 who are navigating major life transitions, such as reconsidering relationship structures, navigating estrangement or reconnection, welcoming a new family member or saying goodbye, career shifts, and other significant life events.

I have specialized training in working with polyamorous populations, ensuring that I can provide informed and sensitive support to those exploring or living non-monogamous lifestyles. Additionally, I am an active member of various LGBTQ+ professional organizations and continuously seek out continuing education opportunities to stay current on best practices for serving our diverse community.

In my practice, I aim to create a therapeutic environment where you feel anchored, understood, and empowered. I believe in taking a slow and thoughtful approach to therapy, pausing to reflect and be present with the emotions we uncover together. Our work will be guided by the foundational belief that each person has an innate intuition leading them toward a more aligned and fulfilling life. Often, societal expectations and internalized oppression cloud this intuition. My role is to help you cultivate a strong mind-body connection, allowing your intuition to guide you toward deeper alignment and authenticity.
