I strive to provide you with a space where you can feel heard and understood. I can help you set forth a plan for achieving your goals and creating positive changes within your life.
When working with clients, I adopt an integrative therapeutic approach that utilizes CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, and Mindfulness Self-Compassion. My passion lies in helping those struggling with substance use and addictions. My various other areas of expertise include working on dual diagnosis, anxiety, depression, autism, attachment issues, life transitions, and developing healthy coping skills.
