I am a queer, married, chosen-family parent and a Marriage Family Associate Therapist who works with individuals, couples, teens, and families. My therapeutic style is steady, connective, and sincere. I care deeply about the ways we relate to one another—how our families, communities, and relationships shape our ability to show up as our full selves. My work centers people navigating identity exploration, chosen family, gender transition, recovery, relational conflict, parenting, and the lasting impact of trauma or disconnection.
I bring a direct, present, and compassionate approach to therapy, listening closely and asking honest questions to help you sort through what’s working, what’s hurting, and what feels possible. I especially welcome LGBTQIA+ and QTBIPOC clients, as well as those who have felt like outsiders in traditional spaces—you deserve care that sees you clearly and supports you fully. My lens is relational and grounded in social justice, informed by my lived experience as a queer, white, cis woman who has built and thrived within a non-traditional, intergenerational, multiracial chosen family.
I have completed advanced coursework in queer, trans, and non-binary identities and relationships, ethical and non-ethical non-monogamy, couples therapy, and attachment. My training includes Collaborative Problem Solving and multiple therapeutic approaches: ACT, DBT, EFT, Narrative, Feminist, Attachment-Based, Transgender Affirming Care, and more. My prior work as a special educator also shapes my ability to meet people creatively, often on the margins of what is considered “normal.”
My guiding principle is collective healing. In our work together, I hope you find space to breathe deeply, feel wholly, and come into greater awareness of what matters most to you.
