Hi, I am Caitlin! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas and I am the founder of Cosmic Daisy Counseling. My practice is a proudly affirming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ adults across Texas. No matter where you are in your journey with gender, sexuality or identity, this is a safe place to explore, reflect and heal. We honor the unique experiences of queer and gender-expansive communities, including the challenges of discrimination, societal pressures and intersectional identity. I work with clients exploring gender identity, coming out, navigating minority stress or healing from family rejection, as well as those processing trauma, pregnancy loss, infertility and perinatal mental health concerns. I have advanced training in EMDR, trauma, perinatal mental health, infertility support, letter writing for gender affirming healthcare (if you need it) and the Gender ASSET 2.0, integrating these approaches alongside other strategies to support safety, self-trust and confidence while honoring your lived experience.
