HI! I’m a queer, ADHD therapist with lived experience in the LGBTQ+ and kink communities, specializing in gender-affirming letters, ADHD and Autism Assessments, and resources for healing from toxic relationships. My letters are confidential, respectful, and created to meet WPATH standards as well as specific insurance and provider requirements.
I’m a member of the Ingersoll Gender Provider Group, where providers share updates from insurance companies. I revise my letter template any time requirements change, ensuring clients have the most current, accurate documentation possible. I’ve completed gender-affirming care trainings, Washington State DV Advocacy training, and have extensive experience working with trans and nonbinary clients.
My approach is affirming, efficient, and collaborative, centering client autonomy and lived identity. While my practice also offers ADHD & Autism assessments, therapy, and coaching, my priority is providing gender-affirming care that is accessible, up-to-date, and rooted in equity and inclusion. <3
