Hi! I am Dr. Tea – a sex and relationship therapist, certified sexuality educator, intimacy & relationship coach, and an integrative mental health provider licensed to provide services in Florida, DC, and Virginia. I am also a kink- and poly/ENM- aware and affirming therapist who is passionate about quality, affirming, and inclusive care for LGBTQIA+ folx and historically oppressed and marginalized populations, specifically People of Color.

I have worked in the field of mental health for over 20 years, and it has been my honor to support folx seeking gender affirming care, including support for hormone therapy and medical procedures. I also have served on several boards that serve to uplift justice, informed, and quality care for LGBTQIA+ folx. In these positions, I have served as an advocate and executive member, including for the American Association for Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and the Council on Social Work Education’s Council on Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression (CSOGIE). As an educator, I have also had the honor of developing and teaching courses for several universities, as well as leading trainings and workshops on ethical mental health care for LGBTQIA+ folx and LGBTQIA+ People of Color.
