I am a relationship therapist who works with couples, families, and individuals to heal trauma and repair attachment wounds. I use kind and direct communication to help achieve the change you seek. Our goal in therapy is to improve your relationship with yourself and those you love. I am excited to work with people who are brave enough to seek change and willing to learn a new way to be in relationship with others and with themselves. Are you experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression? Do you feel stuck or a lack of connection in your relationships? You don’t have to experience it alone. You don’t need to have it all together or have the right words. You just have to show up.
I offer my clients a safe and inclusive space to talk openly about life’s challenges, both past and present. As someone who came out later in life, I recognize the value of therapy while exploring the joys and challenges of better understanding your identity and being part of the LGBTQ+ community. I understand the conversations that you are having with yourself because I have been there. I know that desire to feel seen, understood, and to feel whole. I offer a space for people to come and feel supported, validated, and most of all not alone.
Our goal in therapy will be to improve your relationship with yourself and those you love. I show up authentically for my clients. If you like someone who will be honest and challenge you, then we will be a good fit. You don’t need to have it all together or have the right words, just be willing to show up. I utilize skills I have acquired in Attachment, EFT, IFS, Gottman, and EMDR, among others, to inform my approach to treatment. I bring an abundance of life experience that allows me to provide clients with an empathetic and accepting therapeutic experience.
